COORDINATOR FOR FOREIGNERS
Responsibilities
- handling of Foreigners posted to work in the company
- support employees in preparing for work (including assistance with housing, preparation of documents for employment, completion of preliminary examinations)
- employment of employees in the internal human resources system
- management of accommodation facilities
- ongoing contact with internal structures within the company
Our requirements
- very good spoken and written communication skills in Ukrainian or Russian
- possession of a cat B driving license
- knowledge of the issue of legalization of work and residence of foreigners
- ability to work under time pressure and in a busy workload, ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with similar deadlines
- experience in an administrative/office position and interest in HR welcomed
- knowledge of MS Office
