Responsibilities

• controlling the planting process, protection treatments, irrigation and harvesting of vegetables;
• supervising subordinate staff and their work efficiency;
• maintaining a high level of health of the vegetables grown in compliance with environmental safety and consumer health protection;
• preparing reporting documents for the Management Board
• cooperating with employees from other departments of the company

Requirements

• having experience in the agricultural, vegetable, horticultural or related industry
• agricultural education welcome
• independence and initiative in action
• knowledge of innovative technologies used in agriculture
• availability, willingness to develop professionally
