Employee Administration and Seasonal Workers Welfare Coordinator (M/F)
We are looking for a person responsible for the comprehensive organization of stay, work, and support for seasonal workers. The position combines administrative, logistical, and welfare-related responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- coordination of employee transport and logistics, including transfers between the workplace, accommodation, and other locations (airports, shopping trips, excursions, cultural and educational events),
- ordering and coordination of employee meals, including cooperation with a catering company regarding quantities and quality control of meals,
- assistance in organizing medical care, including receiving health-related reports, scheduling medical appointments, and active support during medical visits,
- administration of insurance for seasonal workers, including contact with the insurance company, reporting, and coordination of employee claims,
- receiving and handling complaints, reports, and conflict situations,
- co-organization of integration events and activities supporting employee adaptation,
- close cooperation with production, HR departments, and external companies,
- ensuring good living conditions and a positive atmosphere among employees.
Requirements:
- experience working with seasonal workers, including foreign employees,
- communicative knowledge of Russian and/or English (mandatory),
- category B driving license,
- ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively,
- availability to work on weekends.
