Scope of Responsibilities:
- Ensuring availability and record-keeping of spare parts
- Managing goods flow: loading, unloading, shipments, and receiving deliveries
- Keeping records and conducting qualitative/quantitative control of deliveries
- Participating in inventory checks and reporting warehouse stock levels
- Preparing warehouse reports and summaries
- Coding and classifying materials in the ERP system
- Maintaining order and organization of the warehouse space
- Collaborating with other departments within the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar position (production/logistics)
- Higher education (preferred fields: management, logistics, production engineering)
- Valid UDT forklift license and category B driving license
- Knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and MS Office package
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (Mon–Fri)
- Analytical skills and understanding of warehouse stock planning
- Independence, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly
Nice to Have:
- Experience in expanding warehouse space (volume >5,000 units)
- Knowledge of automation and process optimization
- Familiarity with modern logistics tools
- Experience in managing continuous improvement projects
